How do I register to vote, I always deny the opportunity but I want to vote in the upcoming president election
March 3, 2010 - 6:18 am
I wanted to vote in the upcoming presidential election but I am not registered. I always turned down registration when I went to get my drivers licence renewed. The wives tale that it helps in avoiding jury duty is a buck of bologna. Anyway, does anyone know how I can register so I can vote next year, Thank you
First off, good for you for getting involved in our republic.
Contact your county board of elections for the details. You should also be able to find a voter registration card at your local post office or library.
Welcome to the electoral process.

If you didn’t vote because you were trying to avoid jury duty then maybe you shouldn’t.

If you are not responsible enough to do your civic duty of serving on a jury, how can you claim to be responsible enough to make and informed decision in elections?

Do a google search and type in your state and voter registration. Most states have websites where you can download an application and give you instructions on where to mail it.
