Govt Media has done …
Govt Media has done a great job of making all of us look like fringe loonies; names such as “birthers”, “conspiracy theorists”, “teabaggers”, “black helo crowd”. In reality, we are the ones warning what is headed our way. Our govt cannot even account for all the bailout money…billions unaccounted for with no PAPER TRAIL. They will do the same with the votes. Failure to get involved; This is why we get stuck with candidates like John McCain.

The message is right on. But most Americans are more interested in sports, American Idol, beer and MTV than vote fraud. We are a nation of six pack joes. No wonder the liberals and politicians see us as a bunch of lazy, disinterested dopes.

Wake up America, your votes are being robbed. As Jim states, all the campaigning, sign waving and canvassing in the world won’t mean a hill of beans if are votes are stolen. We need to demand publicly hand-counted paper ballots.

RUMOR has it that McCain is under investigation because he was Canadian born. ONLY AMERICAN born can run for President of the US.Since Hucabee dropped out Paul & McCain are the only Republican runners. If McCain is forcibly removed from the race that would leave the door WIDE open for Dr. Paul to reach all Americans with his message. There is a reason he has refused to drop out thus far & maybe this is it. Pray that Americans hear his message & join forces to elect Ron Paul for PRESIDENT 2008.

There are a body of statutes in each state governing primaries and party organizational meetings. These began to be put into place about 1900. It is not a free for all, but I will admit that the parties are given a lot of leeway, and sometimes have ringer statutes that give them one final out if it looks like they are going to lose control. Just go to any revised code in any state and search of political party or political parties.

Great stuff, Jim. Your considerable involvement with this issue is MUCH appreciated. The NH primary was obviously fraudulent on the Dem side. There is no f-ing way Hillary could have lost handily in the hand-count districts and won handily in the Diebold districts. I’m a statistician and have gone over the results carefully. The disparity between Diebold and hand-count districts is WAAAAY too big to rationalize by any statistical measure or model.

There’s no analysis about it, sir
1) The proof is in the pudding. Almost everything about the primaries supports that candidate-selection by political parties is not a function of the government, it is a function of the party, which is an independent entity
2) There are no laws supporting YOUR claim. My claim is the default position. Parties are not part of the Gov, and only need to follow their own rules. YOU need to cite laws

Dear Jim
Primaries have nothing to do with the government… not even the state. The party for that state selects all attributes of its election from the date to how the points are awarded (that’s why rules are sometimes different between Dem and Rep primaries in the same State). Also in my state, one must be registered to a party to participate in that party’s primary
Thus, constitutionality has no bearing on primaries. This is why someone who lost can still run for President as Independent

I’m not usually …
I’m not usually pro-litigation, but I’m more than shocked that we don’t see some lawyers pick this up as some sort of class action suit against every state that doesn’t allow for open voting. It seems like it’d be a slam dunk given the Supreme Court ruling on this.
It’s unfortunate that so much evidence has been collected and gathered online, and yet like many people I’m left stumped as to what I can do to get this changed.

I am a precinct …
I am a precinct chairman in Boulder, Colorado I witnessed ballot stuffing myself last night..when everyone else was gone. The woman who took the envelopes picked up a “stray” ballot from the floor and placed it in our envelope. ALL of our ballots had been counted previously and EACH had been folded . This ballot which she produced from somewhere…HAD NOT BEEN FOLDED!!! I protested and she said “there would be no recount”!!!

I, for one, am sincerely disheartened by what’s happening with our country. I have invested time, money, and a large amount of emotion into helping Dr. Paul; I only wish he would push this issue. John McCain and both of the two Democratic frontrunners scare the out of me.

Dear ArtGoddess8, All we need to know is that the election crooks hide our own ballots from us in 49 states and 1/2 of NH on election day. (The Iowa Caucus alone is done completely right.) Although in NH it looks like a lot of old-style fraud has taken place in the handcounted towns. I don’t think I ever criticized the grassroots for not helping. Ron Paul and …
Ron Paul and supporters wanted to be SURE there was voter fraud before jumping on the bandwagon…we are responsible, we research and make SURE before making allegations.
Look at Louisiana. Ron has consistantly spoken out about the voter fraud issues in Lousiana. We are NOT willing to let them keep this up….we just have to do it strategically. Do NOT shoot us in the foot by stating that we “aren’t helping”….just ask for what you need us to do.

I am going to ask for a paper ballot tomorrow but really I think they should just do away with the anonymous voting or at least make it mandatory and post the records at an online database that way people could verify their vote was in fact counted

I quit all the RP …
I quit all the RP Meetup groups I was in, and disbanded the one I started. For me, his public statement that “No Fraud” had occurred in NH was a DEALBREAKER. By not speaking out against Election Fraud, RP has abandoned his oath, and has turned his back on the people. Our right to have our vote counted accurately is CENTRAL to the protection of all other rights. Why hasn’t RP filed an INJUNCTION to invalidate the rigged NH and SC primaries? Why isn’t he speaking on on Election Fraud?

Ron Paul can’t have it both ways. He cannot legitimately claim to be “The Champion of the Constitution” while simultaneously publicly stating that “No Vote Fraud” occurred in NH.Why didn’t he file injunctions to invalidate the rigged NH and SC Primaries? Why isn’t he publicly speaking out about Election Fraud? By not speaking out, he is assisting the CIA in creating the ILLUSION that an “Election is taking place”. One is NOT!
