How do you vote when looking at a voting question?

I am trying to find out how to vote in the voting question. I just can’t find out out. Please help me. Also how do you make a voting question?

Summer :) To vote for a best answer, there should be a "Vote as Best Answer" button under each answer. Click on that button to vote.

    If you are in the proper Section that says Vote, then each answer have a button below it you click on.

    and to make a question able to be voted on just wait i think it’s 4 days and it will automatically if you don’t choose a best answer or extend the expiration

    If you are not in the voting section, that’s the problem. If you are, then click the button that says, "Vote as bast answer" If there is no button, then you have already voted on that question. Make a voting question by Clicking "Edit" under your question and then clicking, "Put it on vote" or something like that
